1 bedroom / 1 bath with full kitchen and walled private patio off living room…one of our largest 1 bedroom units with a very private, walled patio with table/chairs/umbrella for morning breakfast or evening dinner on the patio! Just steps to the pool, grills, hammock…a great unit!
Sea Shell
1 bedroom / 1 bath has a full kitchen, private patio off bedroom and lovely walkway to pool. The world will never find you in this sultry hideaway located on our tropical, brick paver walkway just steps to the pool or the beach!
Sand Dollar
1 bedroom / 1 bath with TWO private patios, one off the dining/living room and the other off the bedroom. Both patios are walled for privacy. With a pull-out sofa on one end of the unit and the bedroom on the other side it makes a great unit for up to four people, even though it is a one bedroom unit.
Star Fish
1 bedroom / 1 bath with its own private pool walled in for complete privacy. Vaulted ceilings — spacious inside and out, with flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room. Great get-away unit…with pull-out sofa, great for families or even two couples. Pool and patio area is entirely walled in with a locked gate for private access…and you have your own grill, so you never have to leave!
Sand Piper
1 bedroom / 1 bath on first floor with private front patio (“no baking oven” discount). Open kitchen and dining area, and like all our units, turn-key furnished, including beach towels. You will like this one! First floor and very spacious! Nice private patio at front door and back door leads right to courtyard with barbeque grills and patio table with umbrella to dine at.
Hummingbird
1 bedroom / 1 bath on ground floor with patio off bedroom (“no baking oven” discount). This is a first floor unit with a patio off the bedroom. From your patio it is just steps to pool area where you can grill, kick back in the hammock, relax by the pool, or later in the evening have a campfire….you will love it here!
Flamingo
This is a 3rd floor walk-up with 1 bedroom / 1 bath. It is turn-key furnished with everything you need — except “baking oven”…you will have to hold off on baking until you return home! A balcony off the bedroom overlooks the lush grounds. You can enjoy total privacy in your 3rd floor unit, with flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room — like all our units! Relax with coffee or drinks on your balcony morning, noon or night! And like all our units here at Sea Spray Resort, super clean and ready for your arrival, including beach towels!
Seagull
1 bedroom / 1 bath on second floor…..lovely unit with large balcony off bedroom and living room plus another off the dining room. Kitchen included but with “no baking oven” discount….a great unit in which to relax!
Blue Heron
Second floor 1 bedroom / 1 bath turn-key furnished with no “baking oven” discount but everything else is there for your kitchen needs…what a way to “rough it” at the beach! There is a lovely balcony off the bedroom for romantic drinks at night and coffee in the morning. Flat screen TVs in both bedroom and living room (true for all our units)…also includes pull-out sofa (in all units at Sea Spray Resort).
Pelican
This is a 3rd floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bath furnished unit with kitchen area but no “baking oven.” (You’ll have to save baking for another time!) However, you will find everything else you need in your unit, including your very private 3rd floor balcony off the living room. This is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relaxing drinks in the evening. Flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room, all units with pull-out sofas, and turn-key furnished including beach towels!
Egret
This second floor 1 bedroom / 1 bath is beautifully furnished with everything you need, including beach towels. Kitchen has everything except “baking oven”…think you can make it without baking a turkey while you relax in paradise? Private patio for romantic setting while enjoying drinks at night or coffee in the morning. As with all our units, everything is turn-key furnished, super clean and ready for your arrival!

While it is difficult to capture the true beauty of this lovely, quaint complex, these photos represent the well-kept grounds and outstanding condition of the Sea Spray Resort.
Although one of the best beaches in the world is only steps away, you can also stroll out your door and relax poolside under the palm trees, or walk to Siesta Key Village to enjoy the quaint restaurants and shops.
Tropical paver brick walkways will lead you around the grounds or to the pool…all in all, it’s just nice to meander around the property enjoying all the Sea Spray has to offer.
