Sea Spray resort
While it is difficult to capture the true beauty of this lovely, quaint complex, these photos represent the well-kept grounds and outstanding condition of the Sea Spray Resort.
Although one of the best beaches in the world is only steps away, you can also stroll out your door and relax poolside under the palm trees, or walk to Siesta Key Village to enjoy the quaint restaurants and shops.
Tropical paver brick walkways will lead you around the grounds or to the pool…all in all, it’s just nice to meander around the property enjoying all the Sea Spray has to offer.

Registrant guest must be at least 23 years of age. A one-time $30 additional charge will be added for pet-friendly bookings (Units 1-9 only).
Reservation and Cancellation Policy Check-in time: 3 p.m. Check-out time: 10 a.m. Early arrival and late departure may be subject to an additional daily charge. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures. All reservations require a deposit of 25% at the time the reservation is made.
Please note that a reservation is not GUARANTEED until the required deposit is received. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date. Any cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit. All additional guests and visitors must be registered at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse guests exceeding the maximum occupancy limit. Please specify the number of guests when placing your reservation to ensure the comfort of all our guests. For guests extending their stay beyond a full week (7 nights), each additional day shall be prorated at the lower weekly rate.
All prices are quoted in USD (U.S. dollars). State and local taxes are additional. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Pet Policy: Small pets are allowed in Units 1-9 only. An additional $30 per stay will be required. Reservations must be made by telephone or email for pet accommodation.
